HOW DOES CUSTOMIZATION WORK?
We want to make sure every bride gets exactly what they’re looking for, so let us know what themes/colors you’re interested in and we’ll put together a customized party proposal! The possibilities are truly endless!
WHICH PACKAGES TYPICALLY WORK BEST FOR HOTEL ROOMS?
We recommend the Mini Package for hotel rooms since they are typically limited on space for a large balloon arch.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FULL AND THE MINI PACKAGE?
The Mini Package is all about the photos! You get a photo wall with balloon arch, tinsel background, hanging sign, and a few other balloons added around the room. The Full Package is that but much more, the photo wall is bigger & grander, the bride’s room is decked out, and there are more foil balloons and decorations throughout the rest of the space. So the Full Package really decks out most of the house whereas the Mini is just a nice little pop when you walk in the door!
HOW DOES ACCESS TO THE HOUSE WORK? DO WE HAVE TO CHECK IN BEFORE YOU GO?
You will send us the check-in instructions from your AirBnb/hotel and we will arrive right at check in. We’ll need around 1-3 hours to set everything up (time dependent on package & add ons) and then you can come in after. You don’t need to be there when we arrive and you’re welcome to come in and drop your stuff off while we work!
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
50% down is required upfront once all decor details are determined, then the remaining 50% is due two weeks before your trip so you and your group have time to collect funds!
Our team loves a good surprise, and we promise you you won’t be disappointed - but if you really want to know, just ask!
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED IN THE FULL DECORATION PACKAGE?
WHAT IF OUR DATES CHANGE AFTER WE PAY?
We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, but our bookings are done on a first-come-first serve basis and we can’t guarantee your new date will be available. All cancellations must finalized at least two weeks before your party date to qualify for a full refund (less the cost of invitations or custom creations). If you cancel within two weeks your party will be charged a 30% service fee + the cost of any custom items purchased for the party.

We’ll work with your to customize your gift bags based on your planned activities! Some options include:
